Reika, a housewife who lives with her husband, Yuya, who works at the prefectural office as a chief inspector of civil engineering civil servants. One day, the president of a construction company, Kita, whose construction business was once dropped by Yuya, comes to negotiate with him directly, asking for the right to bid again.
